Princess and the Frog

So my beautiful little sister Alexea and my handsom frog for a father had an achievment day activity the other night and they went as a princess and the frog. I did Lexi's hair, makeup, and helped her with her outfit. My mom sewed part of the dress. I think they look great!

SUCCESS WITH MY PERSONAL TRAINER!

So we signed up for a gym right when we got here to St. George and ever since I have been part time working with a personal trainer. They have a cool program called face to face that you get to work with a trainer for 5 sessions that includes one session where they take measurements, two that you workout and come up with a game plan, one that is a nutritional one, and then the last one is a weigh in. So after almost 1 1/2-2 months I am excited to tell you that I have some great results!! I lost 6 pounds and 9 inches total! :) I gained 3 inches in flexibility as well!It is just the start but I feel so great emotionally, physically, and mentally! I love how working out makes you feel. It really does help you in every way possible.
This picture is from like 3 weeks ago but its a recent picture.

My visit to Provo

Yes I do know how to cook. haha..this is why we got it on film, for all of you that may question that one. ;)

One of the shirts I made

Beautiful view of Provo from Tiff's deck

So last Sunday I decided that I would go up to Provo for a visit. I haven't really been there since April except for a small visit I made in August. It was kind of rough to be back at first just because that place holds so many great past memories but in the end the trip was a great success and I wish I could still be there!

So the week started off by me staying at my friend Taylor Thetfords apartment. We did a killer workout the first night I got there and stayed up late talking that night. Also that same night I got to see my friend Heidi Robinson who I love so stinkin much! She is such an incredible girl. I don't know what I would do without her! But we met up for a few hours and had frozen yogurt and just talked, we had a great time. Thanks girl for the yummy frozen yogurt. :) Taylor and I did a few more random things while I was at her place but mostly just talked and hung out. Thanks Tay for letting me stay at your apartment, I really appreciate that. Tuesday night I went in to my old school and saw my friends Emily Haskins and Tiffany Cook, it was really fun seeing those girls! Tiffany did a few highlights for me and they turned out good. It was fun to go back in the school, its crazy how much it seems to have changed. Well I just think its that all the girls I went to school with have now graduated and all. After that I went and hung out with my friend Evan Stock who I hadn't seen for probably 2 1/2 years. We went to Best Buy and he bought the new Sherwood CD. Which by the way is a pretty good CD, I like what I have heard of it so far. We played Beatles Rock Band until the store closed and then went to Taylor's place and he burnt tons of Cd's for me and we had some pizza and just talked. It was great to catch up. Thanks for the Cd's Evan! Wednesday night I went with my friend Tiffany Cook to institute. It was a little bit of a hard class to get into but we learned some new things and I really want to start going to institute again.

So I spent Thursday till Monday morning with my friend Tiffany Cook. We stayed up way too late every night and I mean like anywhere from 2-4a.m. But we just had so much to talk about and we just couldn't ever make ourselves go to bed! We did some wedding planning, went and saw "Where the Wild Things Are" at midnight on Thursday, made the cutest shirts, went to her cousins Alice and Wonderland birthday party and that is where I got that adorable white teapot from. They let us each take one home. It was decorated so cute! I am a big fan of themed parties. We watched a few chick flicks and watched pretty much all the episodes of the TV show called Say Yes to the Dress. LOVE that show! The dresses are so amazing and the people on there crack me up. It is so crazy how people act when it isn't even there wedding.

Ok so a crazy little story..as you will notice in one of the pictures there are ants all over the cookies. Well Tiffany came out of her room eating this cookie and was like hey do you want some cookies? I said sure so she handed me the bag and I went to get one and realized there were ants all over the cookies, so I started to freak out and threw the bag. She didn't know why so I started to yell ants and then we realized that she had a cookie in her mouth, so as she was screaming I had to remind her to spit out that cookie. haha. Well comes to find out her room has become an ant farm. Her walls, floor, and furniture were covered in ants! We only had Windex to kill them so we sprayed that everywhere and that killed most of them. We also put out ant poison and Tiff called the management company. haha. It was so nasty to have all of those ants everywhere but from what I have heard they are now all gone. :) Thanks Tiff for such an amazing weekend! I love you girl! I had so much fun and can't wait to do it again.

Fall has come again. :)

General Conference
So far in this lovely month of October I have done some really fun things. In the beginning of the month my family and I drove up to Salt Lake City and went to general conference at the LDS conference center. All of the sessions were amazing and I feel so lucky to have been able to go and see the prophet and to hear of his council and guidance. We really are so very blessed!

Halloween Package for Elder Aaron Leonard
Another fun thing I did was early on this month I put a Halloween package together for Elder Leonard and his companion Elder Peerey. I was able to get about 25 people who Elder Leonard knows to write him letters of support and love. It was so great to see the support he has and I hope he can feel that as he reads those letters. It was fun to put this package together and I was able to yet again use some of my creative juice to do so. Here are a few pictures.

VEGAS
So saturday October 10th was my Vegas day. First thing in the morning I had a bridal party to do. I went on location to her families home and did the brides and bridesmaids makeup! We had such a good time. They all looked beautiful! I loved working with them and hope to see them again. I love doing makeup for brides, they are really easy going and just want to be pampered and made beautiful. Love! :)

Then I went and hung out with Mark Leonard and a bunch of his friends. We went to In and Out burger here in St.George and then drove down to Vegas. When we got there we went to a tailgate party and hung out there till the BYU vs. UNLV game. It was my first BYU game and it was a lot of fun! Thanks to Mark I was able to understand the game and I really enjoyed watching it. It was a good day for sure. My little sister Alexea performed at half time for the game with her dance group. She did such a good job. Our drive back to St. George was kind of crazy. haha. I drove back with my family and we were all so tired and everything was just like overly funny to us. I love times like that when you can just laugh at anything and everything.

Sarahendipity Boutique

So I created an online boutique back in May I believe is when I started it. I never thought it would get as big as it has. I am LOVING creating new things and feel like I am being inspired with new ideas all the time. I absolutely love it. I will be coming out with new collections soon and am so excited for this to keep growing. If you need Christmas gifts, check out my site. These are unique items and would be a fun gift! Or you can treat yourself. :) But anyways..I just have loved doing this and really has given me such a great opportunity to show off my creative side.

September= Working at Kiss and Makeup Salon

This is the shirt that I designed and made for the month! :) I love how it turned out!

So this month was spent working at my very first salon which was called Kiss and Makeup. It was a booth rental salon and I had a few clients come in during the month. Now if you don't know what booth rental is, its where you pay a fee like $20 a day to rent a station where you can bring in clients and work at. You pay the salon to work there. So if you have tons of clients its a great thing to do but if you don't then it doesn't really work out very well. I had a good experience and enjoyed the clients I had but in the end it just didn't work out for me. I defiantly will try booth rent in the future when I can build my clientele. But until then, I've gotta find something else.

Other events of the month....
In the middle of the month my mom and I went up to Logan for a girls weekend with my cousins, aunt, and grandma. We had such a fun weekend! We went to "Time Out for Women". If you don't know what that is, its a getaway for women were you go and listen to motivational speakers and hear musicians. It is an LDS based program and is such a great thing to get to do. I loved all the speakers and Cherie Call was the musician and she was so cute to watch and I loved hearing her stories behind the music she has written. I have always been so touched by music and can really relate to it. So to hear someone talk about why they wrote a song and then listen to them perform it was really neat. I think my favorite part of "Time out for Women" was this guy who spoke of his experience of becoming a photographer and the project he was led to do about Christ's life. It is absolutely breath taking and amazing to look at the pictures and to see the work he put into it. It is called "Reflections of Christ"by Mark Marby. I love photography and that is something else that I am really interested in and affected by. If you get the chance to check this out, you really should. I believe you can find it through Deseretbook.com. He also has another project that he has done called "Reflections of Christ-Another testament". Anyways this weekend was so much fun! I loved being able to see the ladies in my family that I don't see very often and get to know them better on a different level. I love how we are all centered in the gospel and how that can bring us closer and give us such a miraculous bond that you can't find anywhere else. I love you all! Thanks for an amazing weekend.

So as many of you know I this is the beginning of a new chapter in my life. I had to say goodbye to my best friend May 31,2009 and that was extremely hard. It has made me grow in so many different ways and I am becoming a better person because of it and have learned a lot about myself. He is doing so great as he is in Canada serving his mission. I miss him but know he is in the right place. So here are some of the events that took place this summer...
1.Vegas/St. George Trip
2. Packing up the house for a month straight..every day thats all I did was pack and clean
3. Moving to St. George
4. Spending a weekend in Logan UT with my mom, grandma, and her sisters watching Operas and having a girls weekend.
5. Temple Trips to Seattle temple
6. Zions National Park
7. Boating
8. Snow Canyon National Park
9. Tuacon Amphiteatre
10. Random other things

I don't really feel like writing a ton about this summer so here are pictures that can explain everything! :) Gotta love photography! I know I do! I have really gotten into that this summer.

April 2009

So this month has been filled with lots of fun things! This was the last month of school for me forever! Such a bitter sweet feeling. I have loved school but am excited to be done too. I am going to miss all my girls so much! I have made some great friendships and I love everyone at Renaissance so much! A big group of us went to Zupas to celebrate my graduation!

For Easter this year my grandma invited Aaron and I down for dinner! We stayed there and went to church with grandma, had a dinner with some of my extended family and colored Easter eggs by ourselves and with my little cousins Sam and Isabel. :) We had such a great weekend! Thanks grandma for having us down!

We also colored more eggs at my apartment. This month has been a good one but kind of sad too. The last month in Provo! :( One really fun thing that happened this month was that Aaron and I went with a big group of friends up to the Canyons for a late night of star gazing. There was a meteor shower and it was beautiful! Such a fun night! Although it was freezing cold up there. At least I had Aaron to keep me warm. ;) haha. I have loved living in Provo and look forward to the day that I do again. Oh and Aaron and I went with our friends Tiffany Cook and Garrett Brock to conference! We were so lucky to have that opportunity. I loved being able to be there and feeling of the spirit and be inspired to become a better person.

So my roommates and I found this site for these horrible swimsuits. haha. We thought they were hilarious so we put our heads in the picture. I love these girls!
