One of my favorite foods I ate in Honduras.  I love to make them at home now.

Homemade Corn Tortillas

Scrambled Eggs
 Re fried Beans

 Mix it together and add cheese.

Put the bean, cheese, and egg mixture on top of the corn tortillas and enjoy.  You can also add sour cream or my personal favorite is fresh squeezed lime on top.

    Hey! The tortillas are super easy! I just buy this package from the store. I can't remember the name right now, but i'll try to remember when im at the grocery store.
